We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based, biodegradable plastic. It's durable, safe, and eco-friendly.
Do you ship across Canada?
Absolutely! We offer Canada-wide shipping. You can also pick up for free in Sarnia or get local delivery in the Sarnia-Lambton area.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Since items are made to order with your custom details, we can't accept returns unless there's a defect. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.
